Refunds, Returns, and Replacements Policy

It is our policy to replace defective products at no additional charge to our customers.

If you let us know (1) a shipment has been damaged in transit, or (2) you have not received a CD that we shipped (after 3 weeks to a US address, 4 weeks to a non-US address), we will send another CD at no additional cost to the same address, up to two months after the original shipping date.

(If you wish to change the address, we will treat it as a new order, for which we will charge you the full amount).

This replacement policy does not apply in the following situations, if you choose a non-tracked shipping method:
a. Your shipment contains five or more CD's/DVD's
b. Your shipment contains special packaging provided for you

If a CD has been returned to us, we will notify you of the return, and the reason for the return, if available. We will hold the returned CD for one week. If you wish us to send it again to a new address, we will charge you half the normal CD price (minimum 3.50), plus shipping.
